A way out of Britain’s growth dilemma

On Monday, on March 21, 2011, Robert Skidelsky and I published a short article in the Financial Times, arguing that the UK government should establish a National Investment Bank in order to promote the growth and rebalancing of the UK economy and to help stabilise confidence and demand.
